Staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a sports event in which we participated. There were maybe 25 of us, sweaty and unsightly, and they treated us just as nicely as the formal sweet 16 guests. Overall good experience.
Love it! Nice hotel, nice rooms. The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. In town from Pittsburgh for work. My boss usually puts us in a hole. Couldn't believe I was in the right place. Coffee on at 5 am, breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. You won't be disappointed.
The hotel was old but the rooms were clean. I do wish they do add new carpets and paint the doors but other than that it was a good stay.
Recently renovated and friendly staff. The flickering flood light in the rear parking lot kept us up at night but this would be easily solved by curtains.
I work for an animal rescue and we do a lot of cross country animal transports. When the hotel we usually stay at was booked up, we found Inn at Arbor Ridge. We read some reviews and were extremely iffy about what they were saying about Bob and the cleanliness. However, once we arrived to check in, we were met by THE FRIENDLIEST man. I, immediately, thought “this can’t be the Bob that people were talking about in the reviews,” but it was. I was taken aback, because he was extremely friendly and one of the absolute best people I have ever met. To the people complaining about this sweet older gentleman, shame on you. We will definitely be making this our regular hotel when we come up each month. We, honestly, can’t wait to see Bob again. We love you Bob and we hope you have the happiest life. See you again soon! Also, the rooms were so clean and felt like small town home. It quite literally could be a Hallmark movie location. Small, cozy, welcoming, and cute!
Arbor Inn more than met our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was very friendly and worked to ensure that they would put us in a room that would be quiet from any noise. The room we were in was impeccable! Looking forward to future stays here!
A friend of mine rents a room here as an apartment (though you can reserve a room as a hotel room) . It is quiet, clean and modern. If you want to rent as an apartment they have different sized rooms and all have a kitchenette and you have the option of getting an apartment fully furnished. Great value, great place and fantastic people.
We ended up staying here a couple of nights during a recent prolonged power outage in the area. The prices were good, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the area is quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.
